Business owners near the intersection of Russell Road and Polaris Avenue are anticipating how the landscape will change when the Raiders construct a domed 65,000-seat stadium. The area is mostly industrial and not in our mix of inventory. The stadium and team will ulitimately have a positive impact on the Vegas economy.

Homeowners should be leary of this. Many of these golf courses are later purchased and turned into multi family housing developments which seriously pisses off a lot of homeowners.
