Anyone who has an expired lease is eligible for an eviction. Tenants who are excessively past due and have an expired lease will be placed on our “Exodus” list. Owners will receive the entire security deposit back and tenants will be given to the Appfolio collections department. It is unlikely you will get any money from them but it is worth the shot. We don’t know what the case loads will be with justice court so we are not making any commitments as to when tenants will actually be evicted.

This is the “Business as Usual” date. Anyone who is seriously past due will be placed in our “Exodus” list. Here again, court loads are expected to be excessive and there is no clue as to how long it will actually take to lock out a tenant.
