Land prices skyrocket

Homebuilders looking for land to construct high-end homes is driving up prices in the valley, and during the second quarter they reached their highest level in eight years. This will probably drop a bit in the winter and then surge ahead again in the spring.

Experts say demand for custom home lots increases

Wealthy Las Vegas residents interested in better views are purchasing pricey hillside lots in greater numbers to build the latest trend in custom homes in a sign of that the economy and housing market have rebounded. This is valley wide. Custom homes in my east side neighborhood are springing up everwhere too.
